The conference hotel and venue has a special room rate of 89€ per night double room, with VAT included but not including breakfast. The buffet breakfast is 15.50€ per person, but there is also a cafeteria where you can have a continental breakfast. There is a 15€ supplement for rooms with bay view. On these prices, there is a 10% discount for reservations of three or more nights.

Travel and Transport
How to arrive in Santander:
By Plane Seve Ballesteros - Santander Airport is only 5 Km from the city center and has 10 international destinations to European cities, with Ryanair and Wizz Air. It also has five national destinations to the main Spanish cities, with Iberia, Vueling and Volotea. There is a bus line that connects the airport to the city center every 30 minutes from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. The cost is 3 €. A taxi from the airport to the city center takes around 10 minutes and the cost is around 25 €. Bilbao airport is 120 km and has more national and international destinations. There is a bus service to Bilbao city center running every 15 minutes, at a cost of 3 €. Check below for the bus from Bilbao to Santander. A taxi from Bilbao airport will take 1:15 hours and cost around 160 €.
By Train and by Bus The FEVE/RENFE station is located in the city center, within walking distance to the conference hotel (6 min). The train running East-West, from Bilbao to Santander is extremely slow, so the bus is recommended for these journeys. The train running South-North, takes 4 hours from Madrid, approximately, and is comfortable and provides good service.
By Bus The main bus station is located in the city center, within walking distance to the conference hotel (4 min). The company Alsa offers regular service between Bilbao and Santander at a cost between 7 and 12 €.
By Ferry Boat Brittany ferries, has lines from Plymouth or Portsmouth (UK) to Santander. If you are coming from the UK this is a nice way to bring your own car.
